a 2003, 2004 or 2005 (non-anniversary) edition than from a 2005 anniversary or 2006. It was the 05 anniversary and 06 that used the Rev-up motor and there isn't much aftermarket support for it versus the earlier non-revup motor. Apparently, the support for the 2007-2008 VQ35HR in the aftermarket isn't all that good either. I have a friend locally that is building his VQ35DE in his 2004 350Z so we're learning lots about it. He's going with the new AAM Competition twin turbo kit featuring the Borg Warner EFRs ([ http://aamcompetition.com/i-18956315-aam-competition-nissan-350z-twin-turbocharger-system.html ]). Should be an interesting 2015.
